'Tommys Tex – Mix'

I don't know much about Mexico or it's food, but as I spent about 2 weeks in Dallas a few years ago, I guess I got closer to Mexico than the Chefs in the kitchen who used to work in a ‘Mexican' restaurant before they joined K-too!. Anyway, the long and the short of it is, that together we have come up with a few choices that give a Central American Flavour. I like them – which is why they are on here in the first place! - and I hope you like them too…

Because I spend ten years as a Pastry Chef, desserts are pretty much my speciality. Therefore, I urge you to try a dessert after dinner (even if you have to go without starter!). However, if you are like me, perhaps you would like to take a stroll and then have a dessert – in which case, I recommend that you walk up to Kilroy's around the corner and sample my desserts there. (A few of which I have made for some of the most famous people in the world…) We have a comfortable fireside Lounge Bar, filtered coffee, speciality teas and a range of the finest after-dinner Liquors, Cognacs and Whiskeys.
